The maps below illustrate the current "hybrid design concepts" for improvements to the I-710. These concepts were developed by taking ideas from the original study maps and combining and modifying them in consultation with the Gateway Cities Engineer and with the cooperation of the Tier 1 Community Advisory Committees in each affected community in ways that reflect the concerns of each community. These design concepts are currently under review by the Tier 2 Community Advisory Committee and the Technical Advisory Committee. The recommendations of these committees will then be submitted to the Oversight Policy Committee for its consideration.
These documents are for project study purposes only. Gateway Cities Council of Governments and its staff have no authority to approve or implement projects or land acquisitions relating to such studies. The Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority is the Project and Contract Manager of the Major Investment Study for which these documents have been prepared.
